We don’t accept cash payments in person. All payments must be made through our platform, either via MoMo or mobile money cash transfer.
Yes, you can return the book if it is incorrect or damaged. Please make sure to return it within 2 days of receiving it. We will not be able to offer a refund after that.
Yes, you can place a special order but it has to align well with our schedule and availability.

Yes, you can read and download the books. You can also read them online anytime.
Depends on your location. If you’re in Accra, you should get your books within a day. Anywhere else in Ghana will take a couple of days. If you’re outside Ghana, we will speak with you to discuss the best shipping method to receive your books. However, shipping will not be solely on us.
